Be careful; you might already own this. On the other hand, the new look and sound of this updated Sunday Sessions CD (previously available only on cassette) may make you want to buy it anyway! This mellow and laid-back devotional album features songs that have become, over a few quick years, part of the musical landscape of our church.

" How Then Shall I Live" is an every-Sunday song that asks what our senses and our faith call us to be and do. "There is Your Heart" - a gentle invitation to the question of stewardship through awe, wonder and prayer. "Doubters" looks at great questioners in biblical history and invites us to be one of them. "O God We Call" - a prayer entry, "Dry Bones" - an a cappella reflection on Ezekiel's dream in the desert and "Hearts of Love, Gifts of Gold" - a celebration of God's presence as we live and work.

The CD is re-mastered for crisp, clean sound and still has the Music-Minus-Linnea portion that makes this album very useful in worship needing accompaniment. The book offers the 12 songs in a very readable and singable format, and includes lyric pages of the pieces, guides for reading the music and a 1-page resource on how to lead a song. As always, the photocopy mechanism is simple and included.
