Keri Wehlander

Keri Wehlander has worked in a variety of United Church settings and leads retreats and workshops on a regular basis. Although her roots are Scandinavian, she originally comes from New Mexico and currently resides on Vancouver Island, BC(!) A dancer, writer, poet and liturgist, Keri is the author of "Joy is Our Banquet" and "Circles of Grace", resource books of liturgies for all occasions.

Linnea and Keri are frequent collaborators in events, worships, at Naramata Centre and workshops. Their most famous co-written work is the blessing: "Like a Rock". However, because Linnea thinks that everything that Keri writes seems to already have the heart of a song, they are beginning a writing project that will eventually culminate in a book-compact disk set of worships, prayers and music.
