Scott Douglas

 

Scott Douglas is an award-winning playwright, currently living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. His plays include Undiscover'd Country, The Harrowing, Lycanthropes of the Latter Twentieth Century, Stone Soup: The Musical, and Maybe One?: A Theatrical History of the United Church of Canada. He is the author of "Strange Angels and Other Plays", a collection of dramas commissioned by church groups, conferences, and social justice organizations over the last fifteen years, published by Wood Lake Books. His most recent work is a musical called A Christmas Karl, commissioned by the Buy Nothing Christmas movement.

Scott is occasionally called upon to lead workshops in drama for worship leaders and those in ministry with youth and children.

Scott has collaborated with Linnea on such under-appreciated classics as the television sketch comedy show "Nothing Sacred", and the musical "Stone Soup!".
