Using Linnea Music in Videos, DVDs, Projections

Over the last few years, there has been a significant increase in the number of churches using digital resources for Worship, Christian Education, Bible Study, or in Youth Ministry. These digital resources include the use digital projectors and laptops in worship, images and video clips in education programs, event or conference slideshows or DVDs, and so much more.

We want you to have access to Linnea’s resources in these forms and we want the process of seeking permission to be simple! Our web-site includes a MS Powerpoint Presentation, Web Videos, Slide Shows, and an interactive jukebox full of Linnea’s music. In keeping with requests we’ve had about the use of Linnea Good music for digital presentations, we have provided the following information regarding royalty payment.

LCD Projection / DVD / Video CD for (public) use in Churches and Not for Profit Community Groups

To add a song (ie. mp3, wmv, wav, aiff, or other digital format) from Linneagood.com and/or from a CD by Linnea Good to a MS Powerpoint presentation, Video, DVD, and/or Video CD for use in church and/or in a community group, we charge $10.00 per song, per copy or use. “Use” can include a Church worship service, bible study, youth retreat, community concert, or worksho.

Events DVD / Video CD
Should you wish to make an event (ie church or community based) DVD and/or Video CD to give to your participants before and/or after an event and include a song(s) by Linnea Good, we charge $1 per song for each DVD or Video CD made, up to 50 Copies. For more than 50 copies, please see instructions under Synchronization Rights.

Synchronization Rights
With a synchronization license, you gain permission to reproduce a musical composition within an audio-visual media form (like films, TV programs, commercial announcements, music videos, multimedia or other visual presentations). The music is generally synchronized and/or recorded in timed relation with the visual images, graphic design or voice-over.
